Congenital Optic Atrophy by birth-need suggestion

I am 18 years old. I had congenital Optic atrophy for my left eye by birth. My right eye had perfect vision. But my left eye had 0 vision. I can sense the light with my left eye and also its direction. Can I get any suggestion regarding any treatment for my left eye.

It is highly unlikely that anything can be done to help your LE and you should concentrate on keeping the RE healthy from disease or injury by regular eye exams by an Eye MD, wearing protective glasses, avoiding activities with high chance eye injury and a healthy lifestyle don't smoke or get obese.    So day we may be able to help "dead" optic nerves but not now with any practicle, easy treatment.
