Please make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist since you are noticing decreased vision.  That is my main concern, to find out what is causing the reduced vision.  Whether or not it is related to your back and neck problems (unlikely) is a secondary concern but we need to find out what is going on first.  What I commonly see is that the pain meds and muscle relaxers for the back pain can cause blurred vision but other problems can definitely be to blame.
