I am a 43 year old healthyish female, and have suffered from major depression for 30 years. One week ago I banged my head hard on a wooden floor (during an "episode").
Yesterday I experienced some very slight dizziness. Last night my right eyelid started to swell slightly, and today my eyelid is still swollen, and is drooping considerably. There is no pain, and my vision is fine... just a feeling of heaviness. The pupil seems a little less dilated than the other, but it does dilate and contract according to light conditions.
No headaches, however, the right side of my neck has been sore and sensitive, with the occasional feeling of a sore throat. (I, ummmm, also did some screaming during my episode. All very embarrassing)
My doctor's office has just closed for the weekend, and I'm doing the self-diagnose-on-the-weekend-thing.
I'm wondering if the eye and neck thing could be a result of head trauma. ? Or is this coincidental, and I've simply got some sort of throat infection...
Thank you.
