Eye pressure and unequal pupils

I have high pressure in my eyes and unequal pupils, i have had retina pictures done, ultrasound on my eyes, and numerous other test done and everything shows up normal. My eye pressure has been as high as 28 and my pupils are unequal all the time now. The eye Dr. said he has done all the test he can think of. I also sweat alot and sometimes have a rapid heart rate.I am starting to be fatigued alot and also have not had a normal period for over 1 yr. But my pap was normal. I have high cholersterol but high enough to require meds.So I need help so we can figure out what test to try next or what could possibly cause these symptoms and if they all are even related.   Thank you

Have you had your thyroid checked?  I would recommend that you get your TSH level tested.  I have Hashimoto's Disease, an autoimmune disease where your own cells attack your thyroid, resulting in hypothyroid.  Your high cholesterol, fatigue, and menstral abnormalities are a few of many of the symptoms of hypothyroid.  Also,
I have been diagnosed, subsequently, with Horner's syndrome (one pupil smaller in size than the other) and ptosis, drooping eyelid, which was brought about by my enlarged thyroid.

Dear Niboreel,

I would definitely get rechecked by an eyeMD to determine whether you might have a systemic disease which is causing the pupillary size abnormality along with the other symptoms such as sweating and rapid heart rate.  Possible causes which might include all symptoms you describe may be autonomic neuropathies; however, a complete examination may be able to assist in the diagnosis of your condition.
