Eye question

I have a question. I have been trying to find out a reason for this for a while.
Some times I feel like their is a drop that goes in my eyes.( feel it in my eye lids.) Can some one explain to me why is that? Could it be due to my eye duct being blocked?

Thank you for answering my question.
Just to be clear I think I have blepharitis. Does that cause me to have a sensation as if I have a drop dropping into my eye lids? and what do you recommend as a natural treatment for it?

You may have tearing.  See an ophthalmologist if it continues.  Most common causes are blepharitis and dry eyes ( not common in your age group).
