Eyes Focus and Twitching

I made another thread, but I messed up in it so here is my new one.

Here are my symptoms:

I got two explanations for symptom 1, cause I can't really explain it.

1. When I move my eyes somewhere to look at something, it takes a second to focus in.

1a. When I move my eyes somewhere, it goes most of the way, then it jumps the rest of the way.

2. When I stare at something my eyes twitch

3. When I move my eyes, sometimes my nostrils or mouth twitches.
This is still happening today

This started last night. The reason I think this is happening is because last night I was moving my eyes all the way left and right (I have my reasons).

When I closed my eyes for about 5 minutes the distance of the jump became greater.

When I went to sleep for a while, I woke up and I could only move my eyes in certain spots, and I felt confused, then I went back to normal. I haven't slept since. I'm scared to go back to sleep.

What could be wrong?

Thanks

Well I was rolling my eyes left and right over and over, so don't you think it could be a strain?

No nothing comes to mind other than you need a real in person exam.

Well basically the symptoms are when I move my eyes somewhere, it goes all the way there, but takes a second to focus in.  When I keep staring at something, my eyes twitch.  Also, when I move my eyes around, my nostrils widens.  Those are basically my symptoms.  Could that be any disease you can think of?

This is a most unusual collection of symptoms. Suggest you see anophthalmologist tomorrow, I can't relate it to any specific disease.
