Eye surgery, Scar infected?

Please help.

I had 1 wall orbitall decompression 4 weeks ago. Yesterday my scar looks swallen a bit and had a white spot on the top of the scar. My eye feels very dry I keep puting eye drops (cellivisc) but still dry. I feel like pressure under the eye.

The hospital is far away and I need some advice, I don't want to travel all the way to the eye hospital for them to say its nothing.

Do you think its the beggining of an infection?? the scar is like a browny red lump with a white spot.

Hope you will reply to me. Thank you
