GCC and RNFL?

How does glaucoma affect your Ganglion Cells Comples (GCC) and Retina Nerve Fiber Layers (RNFL)?

Glaucoma can cause thinning of the nerve fiber layer (a well known early predictor of glaucomatous vision loss) and eventually even loss of ganglion cells.

I am 4th year University student, and working as an optician part time.  I may want to do OD or MD (Oph) so I am doing my "homework" before hand.

Thank you Dr. Kutryb.  How is this related to the TSNIT graph?  What is a TSINT graph?  What is the signifigance of this graph (for glaucoma)?
