Iris pigmentation dot - can it be removed?

Hello, i'm 24 years old, a freckle or iris nevi or I don't know what it is appeared in the iris of my eye and I am very worried. I am sure it wasn't there before or it wasn't that big or noticeable at all,because I put make-up on and I'd have noticed it.
Here I've enclosed a photo of it.
First question:
-is it dangerous?
-what is it?
-why did it appear?
-will it grow more?
-can it go away?
Second question:
-every time I look at my eyes I see it and I want to ask can it be removed with a laser and is this safe?

Additional information: From many years my distance sight is decreasing and is very bad right now, as I spent up to 15 hours a day at the computer. Plus from an year now I see flashes.

Iris nevi are benign tumors of the iris.  Rarely, they can become malignant.  Please see an ophthalmologist to have it followed.  It can not be removed with a laser.
