RyJ.

The appearance of the pupil may look
different because your eyeball could
be buldging alittle.

Google thyroid eye disease. Thyroid
eye disease is also called thyroid opthalmopathy, Graves’ eye disease
or dysthyroid eye disease.

You really need to see a Doctor of
Ophthalmology (Eye MD) for further
testing.

RyJ,

I wonder if a CT of the orbits would be indicated to rule out any underlying cause.  Your symptoms sound so much like throid eye disease which you can have even without furter thyroid disease. Just  a suggestion.

Since a diagnosis has not been made and in this forum we cannot make a diagnosis your questions will need to be answered by the Eye MD that examines you.
