Left Eye inflamation

After using Tobramycin 0.3% couple of days, the inflamation increased around the eye with lot of redness and  pain.
I saw another doctor who prescribed to me PRE FORTE 10 ML drops and also ZYMAN drops 10 ML to be used few minutes later one drop 4 time a day. Also he prescribed antibiotics pills DOXYCYCL HVC 100 MG ,1 PILL A DAY.

I stopped ZYMAN the following day because the inflamation was persistant and I was afraid that a further damage may occur to my eye

Since yesterday,I am only taking PRED FORTE drops and the antibiotis pill only ;but without any improvements and the inflamation and pain is persistant.

Is there any other solution and why all these medicaments are not helping. ?

Dear Dr Sandra
There was no diagnoses explained to me ,except my eyes were checked and told that there was symptom of inflamation in my left eye followed by Tobramycin prescription and then things started getting worse.

As of noon today ,I stopped my last prescription the ZYMAR drops and DOXYCYCL antibitocs pills until my next appointment with my doctor on Thursday.

I have no pain or itching beside the inflamation of my eyebrows and below my eyes still remaining.

I wash my left eye with "eye wash slution" twice a day.
