*PIC INCLUDED* Do I need medical attention on my eye?

So i got punched in the eye two days ago then yesterday my eye went like this(pic included at the bottom). I am concerned as it is the worst ive ever seen an eye, i am at work right now though, but if it needs medical attention i'll just walk out and say to hell with them

Thanks for the quick response, I went to see my eye doctor, he said to come back in a week and believes I just narrowly avoided permanent damage

Reasons to definitely see someone is if you're having blurry vision, double vision, or eye pain.  Based on your picture, I think it would be best to get it checked out by an ophthalmologist to exclude an orbital bone fracture or blood/inflammation inside the eye.
