Use the search feature and archives to read about this problem. It always requires an eye exam by an ophthalmologist. If possible try and get into a medical school department of ophthalmology. There is nothing you can do to cure it and a diagnostic evaluation needs to be done to find the cause.

I can tell you nothing more useful at this time. You need to see the Eye MD, only an examination can give you a list of causes, diagnostic tests and possible treatments.

Dear Doctor
I done Orbit CT Scan under my Ophthalmologist Advice
Hear is my report detail.
CT Scan Report
• Slightly hyperdense lesion noted involving periorbital region of both orbit (predominant in left) which are both intra & extra conal in location. The lesion is slightly displacing the globe forward (predominant in left). Proximal part of the recti muscles could not be well isolated from the lesion.
• Bony orbital margin appears normal. No bone erosion is evident.
• Both optic nerves appear normal.
• After I/V contrast-mild enhancement of the lesion is noted.
• Imaged brain parenchyma appears normal.
Impression: Suggestive of pseudo tumour of both orbit (predominant in left)
Thyroid Test: is Normal
Please doctor suggest me what is my treatment?
Thanking best
Ismail
Use the search feature and archives to read about pseudotumor of the orbit (also called orbital pseudotumor) Of a biopsy is taken to confirm the diagnosis. Usually their is pain and swelling. read the section on same on e-medicine If you have access to an orbital surgeon (oculoplastic surgeon) perhaps at medical school try and get to see on. Treatment is usually oral steroids if painful and the eye congested. Long term steroid treatment has many many side effects. Sometimes thyroid eye disease might be mistaken for orbital pseudotumor.
If possible find an oculoplastic surgeon

Dear Doctor
Thanks for your kind response. Thyroid Profile test result is as [ FT3- 3.42, FT4- 12.76, TSH- 1.75 ] I have already visit an oculoplastic surgeon he also suggest me to take oral steroids after some relevant physical test. Actually till now I am not feeling any pain or eye congested. He also mention the problem name called " Proptosis" my eyes just getting out otherwise no problem.
Am I going with perfect treatment? Please suggest.
Thanking best
Ismail
proptosis just means you eyeball is pushed forward by the iflamed issue in the socket. It makes that eye look bigger and the other look smaller. I cannot advise you about steroids. Most of the patients we have treated with steroids have: pain, swelling, severely red eyes and sometimes pressure on the optic nerve. You and your oculoplastic surgeon will need to evaluate the risk of chronic steroids which can be severe or what is the reason you are going to take steroids.

We do not attempt, nor can we, make exact diagnoses over the internet. Nor do we prescribe medicine. Your question violates the rules of this forum.
Also I have commented all I can and have time for given the large number of obligations we have.
Between what I have told you, what you can pull up with the search feature and archives and the huge amount of material (see www.emedicine.com) on orbital pseudotumor you will be well informed.
Good luck. That is all I have to say.
JCH MD
Many Many Thanks for your comment.
Also I am so sorry for mistakenly I violates the rules of forum.
Again thanks for suggestions.
