I meant to say: you don't need medical insurance to see an ophthalmologist, but these symptoms are usually a covered medical exam with a medical doctor specialist (ophthalmologist).
If you have medical insurance, then you can see a Medical Doctor. Ophthalmologists are Medical Doctors. You may have "top of the basilar syndrome" which can be associated with benign Pinealomas. Go to someone with experience in neuro.
