.I have a friend whose eye twitches and under her eyelid below the eyebrow in the middle area where a female would put eyeshadow she gets a light spark. She said it lights up under her eyelid. What could this be and what would cause it and how can it be treated? .

The twitching is not something I would worry about unless it doesn't go away or gets worse.  The flashes of light signify there may be something pulling on her retina internally and she should have a good dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist to make sure her retina is OK.  Find one at www.aao.org
