Stem Cell Technology

I have a question about stem cells. I am very very high myopic.

The articles about stem cells are saying that stem cells could actually cure Dry AMD and other degenerative diseases in the near future. I don't know how it works so i can't understand if the myopic retinopathy is one of those diseases that stem cells would actually cure. Thank you.

It is very possible that stem cell therapy could help the myopic retinal degeneration which results from very high myopia.  However, this therapy is not currently available.
