What does it mean when I see white with a little yellow tint spots on the white portion of my eyes?

Dear mike92298,

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine the cause of the spots. It is possible that they represent pinguecula or degenerations of the conjunctiva, mucous membrane covering the white part of the eye.

Look up pinguecula - sun damaged spots on the conjuctiva.  That seems to fit your description.  See an ophthalmologist and always wear uv protecting sunglasses when in the sun and wind.
