See the black circle when squinting

I'm 17 years old and have floaters in my eyes. When I squint my eyes or look around, I will see the dark circle at the center of my vision in each eye. The more I squint, the bigger that circle get. I have seen an ophthalmologist and she said my eyes are normal.
Can you tell me what happened to me?
Is it a symptom of glaucoma?
I'm very sorry for my bad at English language and thank you very much.

Not for certain, but it sounds like it's a symptom of squinting. Try not to squint. If you must squint, then you need glasses for refinement of your vision (or Lasik) or sunglasses.

Thank you very much for your reply.

But I'm not sure that we are on the same page. I mean when I look to the side or up, I will see that circle. But when I move my eyes to the normal position, it will disappear and I won't see it.
