I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine the cause of your eyelid droopiness. It may be due to aging, or neurological conditions and thus, requires of the care of your eyeMD.

Several possibilities includinga stretched tendon in the eyelid, nerve damage from an injury, stroke, tumor or aneurysm, and even a muscle weakness disorder. Please see an ophthalmologist to find out what the problem is. I want stress that while this is often just due to a worn out upper lid tendon, it can also be a sign of a very serious medical condition - so again, make sure to see an ophthalmologist right away.
