If the Bells Palsy was treated and cured nothing to worry. The soreness and tiredness could be due to any other reasons. Lack of sleep, excess or strenous near work, etc. Do you have any itching or irritation in the eyses, or any allergic condition? Please check.

I would try using artificial tears 3-4 times a day for a couple of days and if it does not feel better, get a second opinion from another ophthalmologist.
