Wavy/Shaky visoion

I am 24 years old, I stand 5'10" tall and weight 301 lbs. I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure, for which I take 100mg Lopressor twice a day, and anxiety, which I take Triavil for twice a day. I noticed before I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and anxiety that my vision when looking at something, especially straight lines, would shake, wave, or vibrate its hard to explain. I thought this would go away after being diagnosed with high blood pressure, but my vision still does it and I've become worried. I explained to my doctor that this was occuring and he just told me to see an optometrist. I haven't been to one yet because I can't afford to at this time. So if anyone could please shine some light on this subject I would be much greatful. Thank you.

It may be something as simple as needing glasses or could be a medication side effect.  Just two ideas that came to mind right away.  I would make sure you don't need glasses, have a complete eye exam and rule out nystagmus (which makes the eyes move back and forth rapidly.)  I'm sorry but I can't diagnose you without a proper exam.
