Pterygium? Salzman's nodular degeneration?  Bullous keratopathy?  Your descripiton is too vague so I cannot tell you exactly what you are talking about.

Let me describe again. It is a clear bubble like sac contented in the sclera membrane in the nasal area of the right eye; when the client blinks the eye, it flattened.The client had no complains, but it is obvious when view under 16x slit lamp.
