If you are going the natural way, there a many anti inflammation herbs out there. You can add turmeric to that list. Many also relate eye problems with liver, so milk thistle is good. Carefully check your diet for inflammatory foods as well, and elimiate any intolerances you have (get off gluten and dairy for an extended period). Would also recommend a good Omega 3 EFA supplement.
I have not experience with them.
