If the nevus is small and benign looking, and stable, then you have very little to worry about other than getting it checked out once a year or so or as directed by your physician. Even if the risk is a little higher in blue eyed patients it really doesn't change things at all. The risk of malignant progression depends mostly on the size and thickness. If it is small and flat then usually the risk is extremely low.
Thank you for your response. I guess mine is small and flat because they only want to check it yearly but they sure took enough pictures of it, like a eye scan, you could see everything, I was there for a few hours. I have to go back in the fall, hopefully it will be ok. I have heard that they are very common.
