Please see an ophthalmologist for evaluation of a possible new floaters.  This specific type of floater may be a weiss ring with is a floater that broke free in the area of the optic nerve causing a circular floater in the vision.  Please make sure to be evaluated since new floaters can be a sign of retinal detachment or retinal disease.
