Can I still use a dried out contact lens?

I bought a contact for the first time, I didn't know that a lens holder supposed to be included together with a solution. Temporarily i put back the contact lens in the container after using it, after 1 week I got the lens holder and planning to transfer the contacts but they are dried out. I just cleanse the holder with a solution, put the solution and the contacts and cover it.I didn't know if it is correct or not. " CAN I STILL USE THE CONTACT LENS, IS IT SAFE?"

Thank you very much for your help.

Throw them as far away as you can. Anytime this happens the contacts are ruined. Learn from this. Also do not wear your contact swimming and don't use tap water on them.
