eyes

i was wondering what my visual accuity is in 20/20 if my script is -8.0 -1.0 85

Your prescription shows that you are quite nearsighted (myopic) and have a mild astigmatism.  The good news is that the prescription corrects your vision to 20/20.  Without the prescription on, you would not be able to see the big E, and would only be in focus at 1/8 meter.

thank u yes i asked my eye dr wat it was in 20/20 terms and he wouldnt tell me and made a joke out of it i didnt understand i kinda found it rude

Sorry, I thought you said that your vision was corrected to 20/20 with the prescription.  Your vision without the prescription would be less than 20/400, or the big E on the chart.  It might be recorded as count fingers at a certain distance, for example CF 3 feet.  The other way the vision could be recorded is 2 ft/400, meaning that the person has to be 2 feet away from the chart to see the big E, instead of the usual 20 feet away.
