i saw an optomologist in jan of this yr as one of my pupils look smaller than the other he said no all ok look the same,
well i have just noticed that my eyelid has a slight droop to it could this be horners, could u have the smaller pupil first then the droopy eyelid 6 months later
You can definitely have a normal MRI, MRA and still have Horner's Syndrome. The normal scans help to rule out the very serious possible causes but not the more benign causes. You really just need to see a neuro-ophthalmologist and this problem should be fairly easy to diagnose if you have it. You can find one at aao.org.
