cannot controll eye movements

dear doctor ,
                   i am a college student ,last 5years i cannot controll my eye movements ,whenever i try to look on others eyes my eyes automaticaly rolls over their private parts,when ever i try to look some where else and if anyone standing next to me ,eyes rolls extrme  coener right towards their private parts.  when some one is holding a bag or somthing eyes goes towards it, i study well ,and my ears can pik even low sound, due to my eyes problem i am extremely shy to ask doubts to my teachers.doctor ,please help me ,is this mental or eye disorder?my social life is going down day by day,please help me..

Yes this sounds more like a mental/psychiatric problem than an eye problem. See a psychiatrist.
