mega cisterna magna

by cvette, Sep 30, 2008 04:45PM
I think Kre&joy is right in one respect.  But it seems like they consider it a normal variant often times when there are symptoms.  I have one with associated posterior fossa cyst.  I have all kinds of weird symptoms.  These are similiar to a Chari Malformation, either of which can case pressure on the brain stem.  My research is ongoing but I am beginning to believe that symptoms caused by these mega cisterna magnas are not fully appreciated.  Anyone else have problems related to a mega cisterna magna?

This discussion is related to stroke - mega cisterna magna.
