You need to ask the surgeon that did the laser. Only by looking in your eye can activies be quantitated for risk.

sir, i am a 26 year old female i have underwent barrage laser one year back for lattices and retinal holes in both of my eyes. i am having very high myopia since childhood right now having  -20 D in both of my eyes. my visual acuity is 6/12 and m not having much difficulty with this. i can very well do all day to day works. m wearing contact lenses since 13 years. m a doctor and very ambitous person but i am worried about my future. will people with such a high myopia are able to see life long?? m studying so hard without being assured of my future eye condition.. from last few months m seeing some light illumination at periphery of my vision, i got a dilated retinal examination and my doctor says this is a vitreous pull on retina but no associated retinal changes. m on a high risk of getting PVD at young age. sir please do reply with all this situation am i able to see long or not?? do you seen any case of high myopia who can see even in old age. m very worried and not able to concentrate my studies. thank you and will appreciate your quick response

Yes look at the above study. Yes I see many high myopes that are in their twilight years and enjoy quite adequate vision. Plus research enables treatment of many problems that would formerly cause lost sight eg. VEGF injections for wet myopic macular degeration, ability to fix complex retina detachments, better understanding of the role of diet and nutrition etc.
