The only way in which I can alleviate this problem is to wear prescription swimming goggles whilst watching television.
This is obviously not ideal and I am advised that the above from of glasses are the answer.
They seem to be available in the USA but not readily in the UK.
I do not wish to have my own glasses adapted but prefer to buy new ones. I understand that sports glasses (sking) may be appropriate.
