2nd ectopic pregnancy...soooo depressed and confused

1st ectopic the tube ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery. I was under the impression that the dr took the tube. now almost one year to date. pregnant again and in my right tube again. dr gave me the shot on Thursday and I had my levels checked today (Monday). My concern is I'm experiencing cramping but I haven't started bleeding. Is this normal? Anyone had 2 ectopic pregnancy and still have a normal pregnancy? Dr did ask if I wanted tube removed instead of shot should I have chosen the tube removal so I won't have to go through this again.
