3 day vs 5 day transfer

Hi Ladies,
Need some uplifting stories:)  I hear about so many stories about 5 day blast transfers...well, I had a 3 day and I'm wondering if anyone had any luck with those.
The retrieved 7 eggs..all 7 fertlized.  On the morning of day 3 my re called and said that we had 4 excellent looking embryos, all more than 8 cell and starting to compact.  Just got a call today and they said that, after transfering 2, they were able to freeze 5 embies.
I'm just really worried as today is 7 days past a 3 day transfer...i've heard that implantation should take place around day 7..so if that's true that would have been like 4 days ago.  I'm just worried because I dont really have any symptoms, meaning my boobs dont hurt, so I'm wondering if I'm screwed because I did a 3 day transfer!!!

ONe more thing....3 days after transfer my blood work showed that I needed more progesterone and estrogen..so I upped the progesterone and I have an estrogen patch on...I'm guessing that this would have still been about a day before implantation but I'm still worried!

I personally have not done IVF, however i've heard lots of positive stories from both 5 day and 3 day transfers! from what I know thats just person specific!    And also have lots of friends who never had any symptoms that they were pregnant, so defintely don't stress about that at all!! in fact lots of people say they have fewer pregnancy symptoms when they are actually pregnant than they do when they think they were and weren't!!!! I know its hard but try not to worry!! Sounds like things looked great and you have a great chance!!!! GOOD LUCK and can't wait to see your BFP post! keep us updated! lots and lots of SSBD! : )

Currently preggo with a 3 day transfer (and actually, if we're being specific about timing, it was more like 2.5 days). And I also needed to up my progesterone. All 3 of my IVFs were day 3 transfers-first was unsuccessful, second was successful (with no symptoms) but ended in miscarriage, and the third, well, here I am at 9 weeks 2 days. Good luck to you!

Don't be discouraged.  The implantation rates and pregnancy rates at our clinic are not significantly different between day 3 and day 5 transfers...BABY DUST!!!
