Crazy Cycle..so confused

Ok here goes.....

This is month 13 of TTC, and we've been working with our OGBYN on fertility meds. This time around, we've done:

Femara days 3-7
Dexamethasone 3-12 (for "healthier" eggs)
Estradiol 8-12 (for lining)
Trigger shot (10,000)

I did the trigger shot last Monday (cd15) and then on cd18 I thought I got a YI. I also started spotting that evening, and have been steadily (but not heavy) bleeding since then. Maybe TMI...but it's also kinda like clotting.

Now I have no clue what's going on, and have probably ruined any chances for this month to work out. Dont worry, Ive called the dr, and waiting on a call back, but in the mean time just wanted to see if anyone had some insight...
