Delayed period after Hysteroscopy

Delayed period after Hysteroscopy

Hi,

My doctor ordered a hysteroscopy to determine if I had a septum uterus. I had a positive OPK test the day before the procedure. The procedure itself was uneventful although he did do a biopsy. I have since had my follow-up (all is normal) but I have yet to have my period. I'm now over a week late (cycle day 39 and regularly have a 30-32 day cycle). I called the doctor's office and his assistant told me that this procedure can impact your cycle so I have yet to take a test (this was 5 days ago). It is possible to be pregnant?

I had a hysteroscopy last friday. It was on Cycle Day 23. My Re strictly told me not to have sex in this cycle becoz that will destroy the egg.i got my period after 2 days. It was an early period. I dont think you are pregnant. My RE said it will take time for healing.
