Fertility Chart and O

I had a miscarriage last month and started charting temps and CM again this month.  I am worried that I am not going to O this month due to the M/C.  My cycles are usually 30-34 days in length; according to FF I have not yet ovulated.  This morning I took my temp at around 7:00 (97.1), but that was only after 5 hours of sleep, so I took again after 9 hours of sleep and it was 98.0.  Not sure which temp I would use since my sleep cycle was screwed up.  If I use the 98, shouldn't that register as O?  I have put up my chart to help. Does it look unusual to anyone?  Thanks to anyone who has suggestions or related experience after miscarriages.

I would use the 1st temp and check the box that says sleep deprived. It will put a white circle around the temp so you know it's suspicious. FF will take that into consideration when determining your o date, too. FF won't put up the crosshairs until at least 3 elevated temps. Your chart looks perfectly normal, I wouldn't worry. My cycles and o's have been very off since mc 1/4. One month was close to normal and that's been it. I have o'd  on cd16  cd29  & cd19. I used to be very consistant between cd12 & 14. I would wait and see what temps do over the next couple of days. You may have o'd, but won't get a confirmation until the other temps are registered. It may be late coming this cycle, too. my 1st cycle after mc was the most normal one, since then, anything goes, lol.

You should use the 1st temp, especially if that is your normal temping time. You should always try to take it the same exact time every day (even weekends) and as long as you are getting 3 consecutive hours of sleep that is good. So looking at your chart and if you use the first temp...I think today is your O day...becuase yesterday's temp was a bit high then a dip today, I would wait and see if Mon, Tues and Wed temps are raised and if so, I bet today is your O day :) and looking at your CM I think that would be correct :)
