Help me please

What can I do to have a baby?  My tubes where tide when I was 31 and I am 42 with a wonderful husband I have 4 girls I really would love to have a son. What can I do to have my egg and my husbands sperm baby?

You can do IVF but its very costly.  YOu could also have tubes reversed but would really have to talk to Dr first.  I would have blood test done to find out what your FSH is.  If it's over 9 then  you should just do IVF.  Best wishes.
