It's funny you say that bny807! The nurse at my doctor's office said pretty much the same thing...that's it's just how my body is. Although, I am still having a hard time believing that. But I'll be positive and see what happens....time will tell :^)
I agree! WHen i went into the Dr (after 7months ttc) I said how can a bean implant if my uterus is going to prematurely shed!? she said its "physiological" in a lot of women (aka no explanation, just the way they are) and it doens't interfere with getting preggo..I hope she is right! Good luck!
Thank you both very much, your information is helpful.
My LP is around 12-14 days from what I can tell charting my BBT, which seems reasonable. I'm just concerned that either the implantation is failing or my lining is shedding since I'm seeing little specs with the spotting/bleeding. I know that I have only trying for a few months but I thought it would make sense to rule out any infertility problems now instead of waiting to hit the 1 year mark. I will pick up some of the B6 supplements and see if that helps. Thanks again!!
Hello! i have similar problems with the LP spotting, usually 4-5 days before AF (used to be brownish in color, now it seems to be more red) my dr didn't seem concerned with it, saying a lot of women have it and it never interferes with conception.(i had negative hysterosono, but do have cyst) I did take B6 (100mg Per day and vitamin C 1000mg per day) for two months and had only one day of spotting this month! I also hear that progesterone supplements can help with this, i havne't tried them yet.. A lot of women don't get preg within 5 months, so thats good news that there might not be any problems!! Good luck!
You know, I have a similar problem. I start spotting about 3-6 dys before AF ever since I went off b/c pills. My doc said that my prolactin levels were marginally low and may cause that. He did not seem concerned. However, when I started taking clomid, my spotting problem went away. My LP is longer with clomid and I basically start my period very abruptly with no warning. If you have LP defect, i.e. your LP is too short (less than 12 days) you should talk to your doc since that is treatable.
I hope this helps.
