Overstimulation while not taking any Fertility meds?

Hi All,

I delivered twin girls back in November.  Had my first period starting on August 3rd.  When I had that one, I had to have ovulated from my left ovary, as my left side was very sore.  Now, I have a feeling I am ovulating from my right side, as it feels like it is overstimulated.  I am not taking any fertility drugs.  (we did do IVF to get our two girls), so I do know what overstimulation feels like from all my IUI cycles.  Right now, I am following the same instructions from my Fertility specialist that I had when I was under his care.

I guess my questions are - is it possible to overstimulate without all the fertility meds?  And does it sound like I need to go see my OB/GYN?
