PCOS and fertility...

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14.   I have never actually had ovarian cysts, but all the other symptoms match up.

My question is as follows.......

I have PCOS, and never got a natural period until I was on BC.  I had minor spotting but not a real period.  Without BC I do not get my periods.  Does this make me unfertile??

You may still ovulate, but without testing it would be hard to be sure. There are meds you can take like Metformin to help with the pcos and help regulate cycles, too.
