Question about getting preg...

I have a question about getting pregnant...during my first pregnancy I found out about the RH factor (still not sure how that goes with the second child) but how does that affect my chances of getting pregnant now? I am also hypothyroid and was told that could also cause problems with me conceiving ...If I were to get pregnant...how soon would I know with out doing a hpt? Thanks

I'm not sure abuot the RH factor, thats def. a good question to ask the doc. About getting preggo, if you were to get preggo you could test 14 days after Ovulation with a hpt. So as long as you know when you ovulate, have sex on those days and test 14 days later you've got a chance!! Good luck to you:)
