Salphingectomy - Ectopic - possibilities of pregnancy

Hi

I have some questions on salphingectomy and conceiving.

Last week I had lap.salphingectomy where one of my tubes were removed and the other said to be normal.  MY HSG report done two months prior was normal.  I have lots of fear in conceiving again. Will there be reduced chance of conceiving since there is only one active tube rather than two and if so, will it be twice a month when this ovary ovulates?  What would happen to the removed tube side ovary?  Will it ovulate and if so, where those ovaries will be released?  Can you please clear me on this and also explain the possibilities of conceiving again?

Many thanks in advance.
