I'll defintely be thinking of you and good luck!!!! From what my RE said is that IUI can increase your chances quite a bit! We were going to just timed intercourse but he said if my dh's SA came back even mildly abnormal that he wanted to do IUI this first cycle.. well unfortuantely it came back more than mildly abnormal so we are going to do IUI right off the bat (I just had a lap three months ago with most of one of my ovaries removed and diagnosed with severe endo, so we gotta be aggressive before the endo comes back with a vengence!). I'd say ask your RE about IUI, it can't hurt thats for sure! Good luck!!
thanks a lot for your useful information, iwas taking clomid but it failed with me&now i shifted to inj.it made me ovulate last month but no pregnancy&iam repeating it again this month, iam now cd2&just took my 1st inj. today, wish me good this month as iam ttc year&half ago&feel bored&hopeless alittle, iam thinking to try iui this month but don't know whether it can b helpful or what?wishing u good luck with femera.
Hello! well i just took my first femara pill today (its my first medicated cycle- will be doing trigger, iui and progesterone this cycle) Its similar to clomid in the sense that it stimulates ovulation, and from what i hear also can help increase progesterone in the LP and lengthen it simliar to clomid... They say that it doesn't thin the uterine lining like clomid and also most people (from what i hear) still produce good CM while on femara (and from what I hear most people dont' have much whlie taking clomid). Apparently it doesn't typically produce as many follies as clomid, but usually one dominant one (but from what i've read this really varies from person to person). Its a tab 2.5mg once a day or twice i believe.. ('im taking it once a day). It seems that some people work better on femara than clomid and visa vers, just depends what your body thinks i guess! Good luck! oh and i think the generic name is letrozole (sp?)
