infertility concern

I had a laproscopy surgery done in 2005 to remove scar tissue from my uterus due to an std. Due to that std it's caused me to have one fallopian tube which is fused to my ovary. I'm getting married and we want to have another child. Is there any thing i can do to help with this problem or what type of procedure do i need to help fix this issue?

Sorry about your problem.  But you said you had a lap done and they removed scar tissue from your uterus?  Is that the same time that they noticed your tube was fused to your ovary?  I'm asking because I would have thought that they would have been able to correct that during the lap.  I wonder if that's what adhesions are.  I don't know if it's correctable by removing tissue or whatever, but I'm curious to know about that.  But I've heard about them removing scar tissue and possibly your body creating more scar tissue as a result of that procedure.

Sorry I couldn't be of much help, but maybe someone else will respond and give you more info.

Good luck!
