tubal failure

hello ladies, just a lil ground info...im 39 and had my tubes clamped about 8 months ago now. i became pregnant 4 months and 20 days after i had my tubal. eveything was going super until i got a CVS to rule out downs because of my age. I cought an infection and the baby died that night after the CVS. She was 11 weeks. what are the odds of me becoming pregnant again. my dr said i could get pregnant again because i have what you would call a tubal failure. i have started trying already but wonder am i wasting my time. i'm hoping to get a BFP before i even miss a period.
