Chances of pregnency

HI,
    I have a 8 yrs issue and trying to conceive from last 3 years. MY husband have some issue with SA and undertreatment for 6-8 months. The present SA is count 40 mil, Motility 75% , Kruger morphology 8%.
I have gone thru 2 IUI cysle with monitoring and fertilty drugs. But no use.
Do I am able to be pregnent again? I am also not sure about IVF as it is very expenseve 10K and my insurance do not support it. ALso success rate is 60%.

What are the options for me ? I am 36 and my Hubby 40.

Yes I have a earlier issue of age 8. I am on injectable medicines to make more success.
Unfortunately My insurance do not cover IVF and IUI and cost of IVF is 10K.

I am frustrated and disappointed. It is to risky to spend 10K for IVF nd there is no 100% success.

Hello! sorry to hear what you've been going thru!! do you have an 8 year old -not sure i read that right?    As far as the SA - from what i see it looks great!  many many times it takes more than 2 IUI's to get pregnant as well.... we didn' tget preg until our 3rd IUI.. typically they like you to at least try 3 before moving on.. also have you been on oral medications or injectables?  most of the time they like to try with oral meds for a while then do at least 3 cycles with injectables and IUI.. IVF has great success rate, esp when you look at IUI which is typicaly only 20% each cycle.. so 60% even though it doesn' t look great at all, is great as far as fertility goes, unfortunately. If you have been pregnant before, your chances are GREAT to get pregnant again, sometimes it just takes a little more "assistance!"   GOOD LUCk!!!
