enlarged ovary

When i went in for my ultrasound yeterday, i told them that i have been having twinges on my righ ovary similar to ovulation pains (which i'm currently technically pregnant, so didn't think that was possible) anyhow they said that since my uterus is growing and my right (only) ovary is also enlarged thats probably what the pain was from... does anyone know what can cause the ovary to be enlarged, he said it was that way last week too, is it from the follistim and  femara??  like a mild hyperstimulation or someting? I always worry, since this is my only good ovary i have left i just want to make sure its ok! thank you!

the strange thing is that i don't think i had any follies on it when he said its enlarged (since i'm pregnant right now, but with a nonviable pregnancy) i only produced 3 follies that were mature on that side.. hummmm wierd!!!!  i have mild pcos i wander if thats a factor?

Yes the ovary pain may be due to excess of follicle formation inside the ovary. This is due to hyperstimulating of your ovary. Please contact the doctor so that your follistim level will be reduced and an ultrasound will be taken to detect the size of the follicles.
