Yes, on Thursday I spotted, but friday afternoon I have heavy flow. Definitely AF showed. Today is my CD4 and will try this month. I will OPK on CD 12 - 17. If i have OPK+ on CD12, I will BD on CD13. Hopefully will get this month.

not to sound ignorant but are you sure? Is it heavy? Did it linger before it came fully? Sorry just wanted to know because mines is here but I cant call it CD1 until I flow. I'm sorry about AF coming for you..! Don't worry another cycle here we come...lol! Gotta laugh to keep from crying..Remember that...k!
