I also felt that way after this months trigger (novarel) My lower belly was so sore and just uncomfortable!!! I almost felt like it was hard to urinate i was so swollen feeling! and felt more discomfort on the side of my follies... it took 3 days or so and i feel much better. i hear with your first trigger that the symptoms can be stronger! Good luck with everything!
I remember feeling that way too some months...not every month, but some. I just wonder if you have a big follie over there? It hurt especially if I was laying, say on my back, and I coughed....ouch!
I would call your RE, but I will let you know I feel the same way. I am on Clomid and have 3 mature follicles. I will be ovulating some time today, and they are very very sore. I have to hold my stomach when I cough, sneeze, or laugh, and even BD'ing is quite painful. I think it is just my big ovaries. I agree that you should take it easy and call the doc, you cant be too careful.
Good Morning~!~..no, no HCG shots ~ nothing since the Ovidrel on Tuesday ~ between feeling like my ovaries/uterus was falling out yesterday from walking through the Outlet Mall and then the pain when coughing today it's just weird ~ don't know if I should call the RE or not ~ he probably thinks I'm a spaz already don't want to make it worse..!!~ it's 9 and I'm still in bed ~ not a normal thing ~ DH said to take it easy today just in case ~ BUT still wants me to help him drag the pool cover off the rest of the way ~ it's gotten really nice around here ~ in the 80's ~
J_A... it could well be that your ovaries are just over stimulated. Are you doing any HCG shots? I'm not so sure about IUIs but with IVF it's not at all unusual for them to be sore.
